Provide individual counseling, group counseling, psychological testing, and class guidance.
Manage dormitory-related counseling services.
Conduct evening counseling activities.
Organize dormitory mental health promotion activities.
Train dormitory counseling volunteers.
Conduct self-evaluation and inspection visits for counseling programs in public and private universities and colleges.
Recruit and manage project-based student assistants.
Oversee case management meetings.
Manage the center’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform statistical analysis of counseling services.
Manage and consolidate the center’s case management administrative records online.
