Parking Management: Assisting with dormitory parking control and regulations.
Air Conditioning Prepaid Services: Assisting with the management and top-up operations for the dormitory air conditioning system.
Facility Rentals: Assisting with the booking and rental processes for the dormitory basketball courts, student lounges (Living Rooms), and study rooms.
Maintenance & Clerical Support: Assisting with facility repair requests, equipment maintenance reporting, and related paperwork for the dormitories.
General Administration: Supporting general administrative and routine clerical tasks within the section.
Ad-hoc Assignments: Executing other temporary tasks and duties as assigned.
